As Vercara’s Senior Vice President Operations, James oversees network engineering and operations, customer service, security operations and information technology. James takes pride in ensuring his teams are trained and equipped to provide customers with the best possible customer journey on Vercara’s cloud-based security solutions. Starting in the United States Marine Corps and leveraging a “Let’s get it done!” attitude, his 25+ years of leadership progression has been foundational in his success building teams to take on the cybersecurity industry’s most challenging problems experienced today.
